New Menu Competition Terms and Conditions, Jan 2018

  1. The promoter is FAST FUEL FOOD PTY. LTD. (company no. 39617 251 920) whose registered office is at 141-143 Darby St, Cooks Hill, NSW, 2300.
  2. The competition is open to residents of Australia except employees of FAST FUEL FOOD PTY. LTD. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via [https://fastfuelmeals.com.au/pages/privacy-policy]. The competition will be run via Facebook and Instagram.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be Tuesday, 30th January 2018. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

How to enter

  1. The competition entrant comments on competition post their favourite meal / what they’d most like to see on the Fast Fuel online menu
  2. The competition entrant tags their ‘lunch buddy’, with whom they would share their free lunch with.
  3. The competition entrant likes the Fast Fuel Facebook and/or Instagram Page.
  4. If the competition entrants menu suggestion is featured on the Fast Fuel menu in March, they win a free lunch for themselves and the free they tagged on the Fast Fuel competition post.
  5. The prize can be claimed at the Fast Fuel cafe, located Hunter St & Auckland St

Competition Rules

  1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is as follows: the competition entrant wins lunch for themselves and one friend. ‘Lunch’ describes 2 main meal or light meal options and 2 drink options (coffee included) from the Fast Fuel cafe located on Auckland and Hunter Streets.
    The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  4. Winners will be chosen by Fast Fuel Meals PTY LTD, 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  5. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  6. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  8. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  9. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  11. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Fast Fuel Meals PTY LTD and not to any other party. Additional Terms and Conditions

  • Fast Fuel Meals PTY LTD will judge the competition and decide on the winner each week, which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Twitter.
  • Fast Fuel Meals PTY LTD ‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  • The entrant must be following @fastfuelaus on Facebook and/or Instagram in order to enter.
  • Fast Fuel Meals PTY LTD shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Fast Fuel Meals PTY LTD also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

 

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
