COVID-19 Update

To all our Valued Customers

In these uncertain times we would like to reassure you that Fast Fuel is committed to the safety and well-being of our customers, staff and suppliers and we are taking all possible measures to eliminate risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus.

Fast Fuel is dedicated to keep providing our services in the most hygienic and controlled manner to ensure your safety.

Our production facility is HACCP approved, packing and production staff already wear protective gowns, gloves, face masks and hair nets. Hands and boots are washed and sanitised prior to entering the production areas. Staff are currently being screened prior to each shift and are unable to work if showing any sign of ill health. Our cooking and storage methods eliminate any possible harmful bacteria from our meals and sanitising of our facility occurs in line with Food Safety standards.

We are introducing contactless delivery with our partnered delivery service, our customers will now be notified via text message when delivery occurs, while this reduces personal service, we are adhering to the Health Departments recommendations on social distancing and limiting contact and we appreciate your understanding.

Fast Fuel is so far unaware of any unavailability of stock and if this occurs menu items will be removed from the website and/or items refunded to your account, dependant on the time frame.

We are happy to announce new menu items will be released next week and please note our freezer friendly range for keeping extra meals on hand. We have added an extra day for delivery to Sydney based customers – delivery is now Tuesday and Thursday for all available areas and reminder to avoid disappointment, cut off if 2 days prior at 3pm.
