How long do my meals last?
At Fast Fuel we use film sealing technology which enables us to preserve your food and keep it fresher for longer without the use of preservatives, chemicals or other nasty additives.
Our meals stay fresh for 3-7 days, depending on the ingredients of your dish. Every dish is marked with a best before date, to help you better pick what meal to eat first! But as a general rule, eat your turkey first! It stays fresh for 3 days.
If you would like to keep your meals for longer you can freeze them - in fact, we even have a helpful “freezer friendly” filter on our collection pages! However, when it comes to food we believe fresh is best and encourage you to avoid freezing your meals where possible.
How does Fast Fuel work?
Our online ordering system is super simple - we're all about saving time!
Browse our menu range and add items to your cart as you go. When you're ready to check out go to Cart, select how and when you’d like to collect your meals, pop in your payment details and you're ready to go!
What are my meal collection options?
Fast Fuel offers to modes of collection:
Select ‘Local Delivery’ during checkout if you would like your meals delivered to your home by a member of the Fast Fuel team.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes - our minimum order spend is $50 (before any discounts are applied!). Depending on what meals you order, this works out to a minimum of around 4-5 meal items per purchase.
How are meals packaged?
Fast Fuel takes great care in ensuring every meal you receive is fresh, tasty and treated in respect to all Food Safety regulations.
When you receive your meals they will be:
Film Sealed using state-of-the-art technology.
Well Refrigerated inside a sealed packing box with ice bricks to maintain ideal food temperature.
Transported To You inside a refrigerated van and/or truck
What are the weekly cut off times and pickup days?
Unlike other meal options around, we're all about providing you with fresh (not frozen) food that's loaded with nutrients. To take advantage of our killer meal plans:
- Place your order online by 3pm
- Receive your meals 48 hours later
For example, meals ordered before 3pm on Monday can be received on Wednesday!

Where should I keep my meals?
Fast Fuel meals should be transferred to a refrigerator immediately after delivery / collection.
How do I heat my meals?
You can heat your meals in the microwave - pop them in for approximately 2-3 minutes and relax with a cuppa while you wait. Before microwaving ensure you remove the lid first and pierce / slightly open its protective film seal.

How do I pay?
At checkout you will be asked to enter your credit card details for immediate payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX debit/credit cards.
I received the wrong order, what should I do?
Our team take all the care when packing meals, but sometimes people make mistakes. If you receive the wrong meal contact us or give us a buzz on 0429 917 721 so we can replace your meal asap.
