How does Fast Fuel work?
Our online ordering system is super simple - we're all about saving time!
Browse our menu range and add items to your cart as you go. When you're ready to check out go to View Cart, select which location you'd like to pick your meals up from (and when), pop in your payment details and you're ready to go!
Do you have a minimum order?
Nope! We don’t have a minimum order - but if you're savvy with your moolah, know that if you purchase 10 or more meals you get one free! (Now THAT's a bargain!)
What are the weekly cut off times and pickup days?
Unlike other meal options around, we're all about providing you with fresh (not frozen) food that's loaded with nutrients. To take advantage of our killer meal plans:
1. Place your order online by 3pm
2. Pick you meal up 48 hours later
For example: Meals ordered before 3pm on Monday will be ready for pickup on Wednesday.

How long can I keep my meals for?
Fast Fuel Meals come in plastic containers which keep food well in the fridge for up to 3 days after delivery. If necessary they can also be frozen (but remember - fresh is always best!)
Where should I keep my meals?
Fast Fuel meals should be transferred to a refrigerator immediately after collection.
Can I freeze my meals?
Fast Fuel recommends you eat your meals fresh while they hold their highest nutritional qualities. However, if an impromptu dinner date pops up your meals may be frozen for later consumption.
How do I heat my meals?
You can heat your meals in the microwave - pop them in for approximately 2-3 minutes and relax with a cuppa while you wait.

How do I pay?
- At checkout you will be asked to enter your credit card details for immediate payment.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX debit/credit cards.
I received the wrong order, what should I do?
Our team take all the care when packing meals, but sometimes people make mistakes. If you receive the wrong meal contact us or give us a buzz on 0429 917 721 so we can replace your meal asap.
