Tom Kime cut his catering teeth in some of the most famous restaurants in London and Sydney.  He has travelled to 42 countries to sample, discover, and understand how to cook the world’s best food.

Tom has had many accolades during his career, including being appointed a Michelin Hat, and working at many great restaurants including Le Pont de la Tour in London,  The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, The River Café alongside Jamie Oliver (Tom even cooked the Thai food at Jamie’s wedding), and at Darley St Thai in Sydney.

In Rick Stein’s BBC series, an Asian odyssey, Rick used Tom to guide him through the food of Hanoi and referred to Tom as ‘a real street food aficionado’.

Tom has cooked privately for international celebrities and royalty.  Tom has written six acclaimed books, filmed five series of Ready Steady Cook and presented three of his own TV series.  Tom has appeared regularly on many day time TV cooking segments on Australian and UK channels from Sunrise, Mornings with Kerri-Anne, Studio 10,  Saturday Kitchen and Market Kitchen.

Most recently, Tom is head of all new product development at Fast Fuel Meals and has developed numerous ranges of food now available at Woolworths, and Harris Farm in Sydney.
